Actions for Climate Change and Biodiversity (ACCB)

ACCB (short for Actions for Climate Change and Biodiversity) is a non-profit initiative that connects communities to take action to prevent climate change and biodiversity loss. ACCB gathers and connects talented, enthusiastic people who want to protect the environment; and connect interested individuals and organizations to carry out community development activities related to: Protect the environment, prevent climate change; Protect species and ecosystems; Support sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.
Actions for Environment Organization (AFEO)

AFEO is a non-governmental, non-profit organization under the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (VACNE). The organization was established to build and implement environmental projects and promote sustainable development for the community, especially vulnerable groups.
Center for Ecological Community Development (ECODE)
Hanoi, Vietnam
Center for Ecological Community Development (ECODE) is a non-profit organization established in 2015, under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) under Decision No. 685/QD-LHHVN.
The ECODE Center was developed from the ECODE Interdisciplinary Research Group on Climate Change and Sustainable Development. The group was established in 2013 and consists of teaching staff and graduate students of the Graduate School – Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Friedrich Ebert Foundation Vietnam

FES Vietnam helps to strengthen numerous stakeholders who seek to foster a socio-ecological transformation leading to an ecologically sustainable and socially just development through policy dialogue and capacity building.
Although public interest in climate change, energy, and environmental problems in Vietnam has increased, there is still a pressing need to improve and increase awareness and knowledge within its population. This will assist in fostering behavioral change and achieving increased environmental sustainability. Therefore, FES Vietnam supports the work of important multipliers, ranging from youth networks to journalists and trade unions.
FES Vietnam promotes political efforts to embrace more sustainable development pathways both in Vietnam and in the region and also serves as a regional hub for the work of FES in the field of climate change, energy, and the environment in Asia.
Green Innovation and Development Centre (GreenID)

Green Innovation and Development Centre (GreenID) is a Vietnamese non-profit organization focused on promoting sustainable development. They work towards achieving sustainable energy systems, good environmental governance, and inclusive decision-making processes. Their key objectives include scaling up renewable energy deployment, supporting just energy transition and green economy shifting, promoting sustainable e-mobility development, and strengthening cooperation in Southeast Asia.
Green Youth Collective (GYC)
Hoi An, Vietnam
The social enterprise Green Youth Collective (GYC) is a social enterprise that upholds the aspirations of life in which people live in harmony with nature.
In the context of systemic and critical challenges such as climate change, plastic pollution, and chemical-based food production, they protect the health and beauty of the natural environment while strengthening local people's resilience and capacities to thrive.
They operate in Hoi An (UNESCO World Heritage and Nature Reserve) and its neighboring areas in Quang Nam province, Vietnam.
Green Youth Labs Viet Nam

GREEN YOUTH LABS is a training programme for innovation and a socially equitable energy transition. The project, part of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and supported by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU), spans over 3 years from 2021 to 2024 and is implemented by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Vietnam and Centre of Live and Learn for Environment and Community. They aim to engage young people in low-carbon production and climate-friendly energy use at local and national levels.

The Centre for Supporting Green Development (GreenHub) is a Vietnamese, civil society organization under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) with oversight by the Ministry of Science & Technology. GreenHub’s Vision is the green development of Vietnam, and its mission is to connect communities and resources to embrace green lifestyle practices, sustainable production and nature conservation.

GreenViet’s name in Vietnamese means “Green VietNam” Biodiversity Conservation Center. GreenViet was established in October 2012 and has operated in the field of Biodiversity Conservation in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
GreenViet Center was founded and developed to conserve ecosystems and endangered species of flora and fauna in Vietnam. Their vision is to become a prestigious center for research and consultancy, communication and education, and policy advocacy in the field of biodiversity in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
Interpersonal Competence for Vietnamese Youth (ICY)

ICY seeks to improve the capacity of individuals and youth-led and youth-serving institutions so that they can reach their full potential and make a change in society. ICY uses a positive youth development approach to implement education and training programs.
Keep It Beautiful Vietnam (KIBV)
Hoa Binh City, Vietnam
KIBV Keep It Beautiful Vietnam is an international non-governmental organization that aims to foster the sustainable development of Vietnam through the three areas environment, education and charity. The organization headquartered in Switzerland has been granted the Project Certificate of Registration status in Vietnam in 2018. Since its inception, KIBV has engaged in various activities towards a sustainable direction in accordance with KIBV’s goal and mission.
Keep Vietnam Clean

Previously named “Keep Hanoi Clean”, Keep Vietnam Clean as it exists today was created in 2022 as a platform from which to have a broader positive impact on Vietnam’s environment at a national, local and individual level.
