Background

ACCB (short for Actions for Climate Change and Biodiversity) is a non-profit initiative that connects communities to take action to prevent climate change and biodiversity loss. ACCB gathers and connects talented, enthusiastic people who want to protect the environment; and connect interested individuals and organizations to carry out community development activities related to: Protect the environment, prevent climate change; Protect species and ecosystems; Support sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas.

RELATED PROJECT AND WORK

Forest Ecology Festival

The project received funding from the British Ecological Society to carry out the first Forest Science Festival in Vietnam (Forest Ecology Festival). The project aims to convey knowledge about forest ecosystems in Vietnam to the community, focusing on students, through scientific experience activities. In total, the project has 7 themes conveyed in more than 20 science experience activities and in addition, there are 05 art experience and reading activity booths about ecology, forests and the environment. With the participation of 15 advisors who are scientists and lecturers in the fields of ecology and forestry throughout the country and abroad and nearly 50 volunteers who are students, the project has brought Many first and wonderful experiences for nearly 300 students and teachers of Thang Long Secondary School, Hanoi.
